These terms apply when you use the Tubie Nation website or place an order with us. By doing either, you agree to them.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed when we accept it and take payment. We will send you a confirmation, and let you know when your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown on the product page and may change. Everything is subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We try to describe and picture everything accurately, but colours vary between screens and small variations are normal.

Cancellations and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Made-to-order and perishable items cannot always be cancelled once production has started; we will tell you at the time.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it at scale, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, images, designs and branding on this site belong to Tubie Nation or our licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without our permission.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide this website as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
